My Approach to Helping
Working with me is warm, respectful, and encouraging. With personal experience in pain and trauma, I bring empathy and a genuine willingness to listen, fostering a safe environment for clients to explore their feelings and challenges. I aim to empower individuals on their journeys of growth and resilience by helping them uncover their strengths and navigate complex experiences. I emphasize self-care and mindfulness, guiding clients in developing coping strategies for emotional well-being. Together, we’ll work toward meaningful change, building a collaborative partnership that honors each person’s unique path, while I remain a consistent source of support, celebrating progress and helping overcome obstacles for a more fulfilling life.
More Info About My Practice
I consider myself to be a spiritual individual. I believe in self-care practices during therapy, as well as outside of therapy. I strongly believe in connecting with nature and our environment. Using mindfulness activities also helps me to connect more with nature and appreciate its power to heal and restore. As part of my spirituality and appreciation of nature, I am vegan, as I strongly believe in animal rights and advocate for them to live a cruelty-free and free from captivity life to maintain the balance of nature. I am a woman of prayer and meditation, and I am a strong advocate for women's rights and elevating our status in modern society. During my leisure time, I study new ways to remain informed on best practices and I work toward building a community and organization centered around women empowerment.
