My Approach to Helping
I help individuals and couples struggling with stress, anger, conflict, ADHD, and trauma. I believe that therapy does not need to be overly stressful. For this reason, I take a relaxed approach, respectfully infusing light humour while discussing some of your deepest thoughts and concerns.
My approach is founded on living life with intention as the key to successfully overcoming mental health challenges and achieving your vision for your life. I prioritize building a strong therapeutic partnership with my patients, grounded on transparency, empathy, and unconditional support.
