My Approach to Helping

Any client that walks into my practice becomes the most important person as we build a relationship of trust and security. Therapy is safe, non judgmental, and loving. We become a team of teasing out problems and finding solutions.

My style is proactive, nurturing, and intuitive. In between our sessions I provide resources, food for thought, or a check in. You will know and experience how much you matter to me. Being a professional therapist for over 20 years I come to you with wisdom from my own life experiences. Finding the right therapist will alter the direction of your life.

I am here to fostersupport a change in you. Building a collaborative relationship will enhance the success of reaching your personal goals.

My clients feel so free to be themselves when we are in session. The magic of the therapeutic process is when therapy becomes a microcosm of how one lives their life outside of the session.

Therapy is an amazing gift and journey. If you are interested in working with me, I encourage you to call and speak with me directly for a free initial 20 minute phone consultation. I respond to you within the same day.

How My Own Struggles Made Me a Better Therapist

We all struggle in life. The way we rise up to overcome our problems means we must surrender, become humbled, use discipline as a life tool, and practice strength. It takes a lot of courage and bravery to direct our lives with meaning and purpose. We get in our own way in life. We sabotage ourselves. I learned that I had the answers all along and you do too. My life experiences has brought me wisdom on how to love and value myself. I am the keeper of my truth and I now use my voice because I deeply trust myself. I can lead you to love, trust, and value yourself. I know how. You will too.
