My Approach to Helping

Having worked as a therapist for many years, I've encountered many clients facing challenges, and all of them had one thing in common: their thoughts. I provided primarily cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), which focuses on the validity of thoughts and reframes them to help shift emotions and behavior. I've seen many of my clients have amazing breakthroughs using this technique to help heal their pasts, relationships, and quality of life. I've also learned through my own experience that a miracle is just a shift in perception. I provide a safe and accepting space, through virtual sessions, for you to work through your thoughts and feelings and come to a place of peace. I use a client-centered approach to meet each individual where they are on their life journey.
