My Approach to Helping
My goal is to help you realize that you do not have to be afraid of who you are. I hope to support you in connecting with and appreciating your basic goodness, wisdom, strength. I know that we all embody basic health and the capacity to love and be loved. We all possess strengths. As a result of pain, these capacities can become obscured. My 38 years of mindfulness practice, professional experience, training and study have taught me this. I provide a safe and caring environment where together we will use your strengths to access your ability to thrive.
