My Approach to Helping

So many of us go through these thoughts and feelings at different stages of our lives, for different reasons, and it can be exhausting. However, you don’t have to deal with them by yourself. For almost 10 years I've been helping teens and adults untangle the thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, that are negatively impacting their lives so that they can feel less burdened by day to day existence.
I offer a combination of practical skill building, psychoeducation, and normalizing how you respond to the world around you based on your unique history. Knowing what makes you tick, will help you to feel more confident in how you navigate daily life. My approach is built upon a foundation of evidence based techniques combined with humor, creativity, and sensitivity to your needs, that can help you to make some useful changes in your life.
