My Approach to Helping

Welcome! It takes strength and courage to pursue therapy, and it is wonderful that you are considering taking this step. As a clinician, I strive to create an environment filled with warmth, empathy, and trust where my clients feel supported and understood. I believe in the importance of the therapeutic relationship and view it as a tool that can create change and provide insight into other significant relationships in one’s life.

I take a collaborative approach to my work with clients and tailor my style to meet each person's individual needs. I incorporate evidence-based techniques to help clients gain a deeper understanding of themselves and their concerns, process their emotions, and learn to implement new tools and strategies to address challenges they are facing.

If you are interested in working together, please reach out to schedule a free phone consultation so we can discuss if we might be a good fit. I look forward to connecting with you!
