My Approach to Helping

Psychotherapy is a process of growth and self-discovery, and in session I assist with promoting change by encouraging a genuine outlook, understanding your story, and tailoring treatment specifically with your goals in mind. Along with my professional experience, I incorporate evidence-based tools and techniques to help you authentically live your life. I strive to work collaboratively with each individual, utilizing a non-judgmental and warm approach to foster a safe and welcoming space. I believe relationships are at the epicenter of healing, and thus, I place emphasis on creating a trusting alliance with you.
