My Approach to Helping

*I CURRENTLY HAVE A SHORT WAITLIST.

Are you burned out professionally and personally and would like to get your health and well-being on track?

Have you found yourself at a crossroads - feeling stuck even if you’ve read some books or tried to grow on your own? Do you seek someone who has a lot of experience and a deep capacity to understand the complexities that life can deliver?

As a healthcare professional of over twenty years, I bring warmth, wisdom, humor, and authenticity to each session.

This is a judgment-free zone, and I’m your cheerleader to work with you in getting unstuck. Let’s support you in aligning with your heart, your head, and your life purpose. Through a combination of evidence-based care, creativity, and focused attention to your specific goals, we will collaborate together to find a customized plan that makes sense for you.

Let’s support you in your next steps ahead!

**I currently have a very small waitlist - but will be accepting new clients shortly. If you are interested in booking a no-charge consultation for us to meet - please feel free to reach out via the "book now" button below my photo**

More Info About My Practice

I specialize in working with adults facing issues around burnout, anxiety, stress, life transitions, life purpose, and health and wellness. I also have a lot experience and comfort working with healthcare providers and medical professionals - and understand many of the challenges associated with these professions.

My Role as a Therapist

Therapy can be a wonderful opportunity to examine your inner world, feelings, problems, and relational experience with a professional that can offer important feedback, supportive dialogue, and expertise around psychological issues. That being said, I believe many of us do not fit under the tidy umbrella of pathologies that some therapeutic models have offered historically. I think we are much more multifaceted than that. I strive to listen deeply to my clients as individuals - and to offer them a path forward which reflects their unique journey. If feeling seen, heard, and validated by someone who cares - and can support you through the big and small changes life has thrown your way is important to you - I may be a fit for you.
