This approach is effective for both long-standing issues such as chronic anxiety or depression, as well as more acute issues including relationship problems, life transitions, and trauma. I enhance this approach with mindfulness, coping, and relationship skill building to add tools to your life management toolbox.
I specialize in working with men's issues, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and PTSD. I enjoy collaborating with couples looking to rekindle or improve their relationship. I have expertise working with college-aged students & veterans. My approach to therapy is straightforward, active, transparent, and goal-oriented.
