My Approach to Helping
Would you like to improve your relationship with someone? Is there a history of trauma that impacts the relationship? If the way things are right now are not working well, you and your partner may need support and guidance to find a different way.
It has been an honor to see couple’s emerge from destructive patterns and communicate warmly and compassionately with each other. My work with couple’s has been inspired by Emotionally Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, and Internal Family Systems.
It can be a lot of work, both as individuals and a partnership, but the benefits of being more connected are absolutely worth it.
