My Approach to Helping

When you work with me, you’ll find a space where you can truly be yourself—without fear of judgment. I understand what it’s like to struggle in silence, and I want you to know that you’re not alone in this. Together, we’ll navigate your feelings, explore your experiences, and uncover your inner strength. My approach is compassionate and supportive, helping you recognize that you are worthy of healing, growth, and joy. While the journey may feel daunting at times, I’ll be with you every step of the way. We’ll work through challenges, build resilience, and discover the tools you need to face life’s difficulties with confidence. My goal is to help you feel empowered, and equipped with the skills and mindset to not just cope, but thrive. You’ll leave each session feeling more grounded, more clear, and more capable of handling whatever comes your way—because deep down, I believe you already have the strength to overcome it all.

More Info About My Practice

I am deeply committed to creating an inclusive and supportive space where individuals of all identities feel valued and respected. In my school community, I lead a Gay-Straight Alliance to promote diversity, inclusion, and acceptance. I also believe in the healing power of nature and the profound connection between emotional well-being and the environment. A strong advocate for social justice, I work to raise awareness around mental health and ensure access to resources for marginalized communities. My passion lies in empowering others to embrace their authentic selves and navigate life’s challenges with confidence, resilience, and a sense of belonging.
