My approach is holistic, integrative, and individually tailored to meet your specific needs. I draw from a range of evidence-based modalities such as ACT, EFT, narrative therapy, CBT, IFS, and mindfulness techniques to support your growth and progress. My approach is inclusive, embraces diversity, and works from an anti-oppression, trauma-informed lens.
