My Approach to Helping

But you’re ready to make a change! You’re ready to feel hopeful again and practice putting yourself first. You’re ready to learn control over your anxiety. Most of all you’re ready to believe in yourself, no matter what. I want to help you get there.
I specialize serving hardworking women struggling with anxiety, perfectionism and relationship issues. Clients come to me looking for a therapist who can help them get to the root of these issues because therapy should be a place where you feel safe and able to better understand yourself. Sessions with me incorporate both your mind and body, to feel whole.
