My Approach to Helping
Do you struggle with low self-esteem, shame, or self-judgment? Do you have trouble regulating big emotions? Are you feeling lost, stuck, or miserable? Are you having difficulty accepting your current life circumstances? I am here to help you find a pathway forward, and to guide you towards a life of meaning, joy, and contentment. Life does not have to mean suffering, and you do not have to be the person you've always been told you are. You have a choice of how you want to feel and live, and I strive to help you see that.
I can help you to identify and remove any barriers to becoming your highest and most authentic self. To do so, my therapeutic priorities include: maintaining safety and connection in the therapy relationship; helping to build insight, various skills, and self-compassion; enhancing your mind-body connection; and guiding you towards unlocking new potentials.
