My Approach to Helping

Hi, I'm Ms. Jones! and have extensive experience in underserved communities and various populations. My background includes more than 15 years of critical and emergency care, community psych, men and women's health, sleep problems, substance history, special needs, etc. with kids, adults, and older populations....

The main difference with my services is how I consider nonmedical or social factors and a person's general health to offer affordable and exceptional care. I believe in the holistic, humanistic approach where you're treated with dignity and respect, not just a disease, problem, or a condition. I also do medication management, and most of my clients see a significant difference by the next follow-up or I continue to be that gentle help towards their healing process.

My goals simply include supporting my clients through difficult processes or improving their quality of life as a reliable mental health advocate.

More Info About My Practice

I offer a free 15 minute consultation call so the person is as comfortable as possible before proceeding services. Please note in the message or email the best time for contact. Trinity Psych Wellness is my virtual practice that sends an email within 24 hours, except on weekends and holidays. Please also check your junk email. Me or my assistant also helps with the onboarding and insurance process, but you'll see your costs ahead of time and can check the client portal or simply email for additional concerns. I also offer private pay options.

On the Fence About Going to Therapy?

First, congratulations for starting your journey in mental health. I have my own personal struggles but my main issue was how important treatment is or the access of care and fighting against the stigma. The pandemic has significantly helped my argument, but it's still an uphill battle for many! The cost the living, crimes or close deaths, health problems, the demands of everyday life, etc. and yet people STILL ignore their mental health or struggle to help themselves and burnout...therefore, I'm proud of you! and hope you can look at therapy or medication treatment as a form of getting more support and improving your overall function. Most of my clients have families, pastcurrent major psych issues, in a professional field, or simply alone, but it doesn't matter... debilitating or intrusive thoughts, traumatic experiences, or difficult moods and behaviors can easily make things worse. Let's prevent that! Tomorrow may bring more uncertainties, but it doesn't have to include your mental health. Thanks for reading and hope to hear from you soon.
