As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist with 15 years of experience, I specialize in supporting individuals, couples, families, and youth. I offer a warm, compassionate, and non-judgmental space, guiding clients through healing and growth. My integrative therapeutic approach combines modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and existential therapy, tailoring each session to your unique needs, as no two journeys.
With a background in correctional settings, I have focused on addressing complex personality patterns and behaviors. I am committed to trauma-informed care and have extensive experience supporting BIPOC and LGBTQI communities, striving to foster inclusivity and understanding in all aspects of my practice.
Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, I find peace in nature—whether hiking, backpacking, kayaking, or white-water rafting. I also love to travel, explore different cultures, and spend time with my two incredible daughters and my husband, my lifelong adventure partner.
