My Approach to Helping
Together we can identify past trauma(s), make connections between past and present, and identify relevant patterns. This process will allow you to understand anxious andor traumatic responses and do the work to allow those parts of you to heal. I specialize in trauma, complex trauma, dissociation, anxiety, stress, and depression. I often utilize neurofeedback, PEMF, RIFE, mindfulness, DBT, trauma-focused, CBT, and Somatic therapy models with my clients. My goal is to help you grow, become your personal best, and to help you heal from challenging and difficult experiences-both past and present. It is important to know that you are never alone.
