My Approach to Helping
Hi there! I'm Niña Aguirre, and I've been helping people navigate their mental health journeys for over 15 years. As a licensed therapist in California, I've had the privilege of working with a wide range of individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. I have a special passion for supporting women throughout their pregnancy and postpartum journey who might be struggling with traumatic birth experiences, relationship conflicts, and difficulty transitioning into motherhood. Overall, It is my pleasure to assist people in navigating their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors during difficult chapters of life.
My approach is to create a warm and welcoming environment where we can work together to address your specific needs and goals. I'm trained in a variety of therapeutic techniques, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), interpersonal therapy, person-centered therapy, trauma-focused therapy, and mindfulness.
