My Approach to Helping

I know it’s hard sometimes to feel stuck, overwhelmed, or even unsure of what comes next. You might feel like you’re carrying a heavy emotional weight that’s just too much to sort through on your own—and that’s okay. Life’s challenges aren’t meant to be faced alone, and reaching out is an act of courage. I want to create a space where you feel seen, understood, and supported in a way that meets you exactly where you are right now.

This isn’t about me telling you how to fix your life; it’s about working together in therapy to uncover the strengths and tools already within you. I bring empathy, compassion, and guidance into our sessions while helping you navigate the paths life has laid before you. Whether it’s difficult feelings of anxiety, grief, self-doubt, or life transitions causing your pain, know that I’m here to work with you through these barriers in a way and at a pace that feels meaningful to you.

My approach isn’t one-size-fits-all. Every person’s journey is unique, and I believe therapy should reflect that. By blending evidence-based tools like CBT, DBT, and mindfulness with the moment-to-moment needs that arise in our sessions, we’ll work together to find balance in ways that feel both safe and empowering. My goal is to help you gain clarity, build confidence, and develop coping strategies that work for you—not just in the therapy room, but in your everyday life.

You don’t have to face this alone. I know taking this step is difficult, but it’s my hope to walk alongside you, offering steady support as you move toward the life you want. Growth and healing are possible, and I would be honored to be part of your journey toward wholeness.
