My Approach to Helping

Working with me means engaging in a therapeutic process that emphasizes harnessing your inner motivation to create meaningful change. I take a solution-focused, psychoeducational approach, aiming not just to alleviate symptoms but to significantly enhance your overall quality of life. My goal is to help you become a highly effective individual across all aspects of your wellness—whether it’s emotional, mental, physical, or social. Together, we’ll work on identifying and leveraging your strengths, developing practical coping strategies, and empowering you to achieve personal growth and fulfillment in every area of your life.

More Info About My Practice

As an Arab who transitioned to life in the West, I quickly recognized the crucial importance of interpersonal effectiveness, particularly in the global field of psychology. To develop these skills early on, I began interning at mental health sites specializing in DBT and CBT, where I formed meaningful connections with individuals from diverse cultural and ethnic backgrounds. I am deeply committed to helping clients who struggle with their cultural identities and the experience of feeling “othered” by society, guiding them toward greater self-acceptance and empowerment.
