My Approach to Helping

You may have landed on this page because something isn't feeling right. You may be feeling anxious, depressed, or stuck. Perhaps, you’re struggling with finding your voice, exploring your identity or trying to navigate the intricate terrain of emotions, trauma, and loss. In a world that moves at a relentless pace, understanding who you are is paramount. In therapy, we will look at who you are, what you want, and what you need to thrive.

My personal approach to therapy is one that facilitates the process of self-discovery. We work together to start unpacking parts of your story. We look at what parts align with your truth and which parts were created for safety and protection. We will sit with difficult emotions and turn towards them to get insight.

If you are interested, In addition, to talk therapy, I have knowledge in somatic bodywork as well as dream analysis. Bringing emotions, dreams, and our bodies into the work allows us to deepen our exploration of our inner world. It allows us to access our unconscious mind which is so rich with knowledge and direction.

As this process involves the exploration of our deepest selves, it is best facilitated on a weekly basis.

If you’re feeling called, I hope to hear from you.

With Warmth,
Olena
