My Approach to Helping
Olga Moffett was born and raised in Odesa, Ukraine. She moved to Mississippi in 1995 and graduated with a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology in 2002 from William Carey University. She has 20 years of experience providing individual, family, and group therapy to clients 3 years old and up. She takes pride in developing relationships with her clients based on care and mutual trust and respect. Olga works closely with her clients to create individualized treatment plans based on their personal needs and goals.
She uses a variety of treatment approaches, including cognitive behavior therapy, motivational interviewing, dialectical behavior therapy, art therapy, and trauma-focused cognitive behavior therapy. Olga is passionate about helping Individuals and their families in understanding mental illness, discover treatment options, and restore a positive outlook on life.
In her free time, Olga coaches community soccer and cheer teams, serves as a director of forensic boosters for her daughter's Speech and Debate team, enjoys baking and decorating wedding cakes and catering events. Most importantly, she loves spending time with her daughter, fiancé, and two dogs, Gia and Lani.
