More Info About My Practice
I use a client centered approach, allowing you to unpack your worries in the order you desire to release and share. I ask questions, as needed to progress towards the goals you desire to meet. Modalities I use include: Christian Counseling, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Prolonged Exposure, Cognitive Processing Therapy. Aside from being a therapist, I'm also a mother to three wonderful children and have been married since 2010. I have had my own trials and tribulations and I understand what it's like to be on the other side of the therapeutic process. My own journey has allowed me to better connect and understand humans on a deeper level.
