My Approach to Helping
You are ready to take ownership of your life, deal with your sh*t, and find the healing that you know is possible. Therapy with me is nurturing and down-to-earth. It’s a safe space for you to explore where you’ve been and decide where you are going. I listen, support, and validate while holding you accountable and gently challenging you.
I use a holistic approach to help you see the patterns that are holding you back and get to the root of the issues. This work is deep and can be challenging, but it also means that you won’t sit in therapy for years, talking about the same things over and over again without seeing change.
Therapy is a non-judgmental, inclusive, compassionate space where we:
