My Approach to Helping
At points throughout childhood and adolescence, children struggle with developmental changes, life transitions, behaviors, and coping with day-to-day life. I am honored to be a part of building resiliency, self-esteem, and self-regulation skills to effectively navigate today's world. For young adults, navigating the challenges that come with starting adult life can be overwhelming. I love teaming up with young adults to help them navigate these challenges with confidence and resilience.
I have experience working with kids and teens who are going through family changes, relationship peer difficulties, anxiety, grief, and trauma. I utilize play therapy with children ages 3-9 and activity therapy with pre-teens and teens ages 10-17. I have experience with young adults navigating life transitions, relationship struggles, and anxiety.
