My Approach to Helping
Greetings! You're here because you're considering therapy I'm here to tell you that it doesn't have to be scary. We all have areas of life we want to improve and therapy simply serves as a guide. My style of therapy is always client-centered and incorporates mindfulness and a holistic approach to understanding your life. Together we will collaborate to uncover areas of personal strength, opportunities for resiliency, and strategies to navigate life's stressors.
I strive for you to leave therapy grounded in your sense of self and empowered to live authentically. I especially enjoy clinical work around boundaries, and attachment, navigating life transitions, and curating meaningful relationships. I offer virtual sessions, which allow therapy to fit seamlessly into your schedule.
I received my bachelor's degree in Psychology from Concordia College-Moorhead and went on to receive my master's degree from the University of St. Thomas in 2013. In my free time I enjoy traveling, the outdoors, food and wine, sports, and spending time with my golden retriever-Parker.
