Congrats on your first step! Being here means you are that much closer to your goals! At times, life challenges you in ways that can be hard to accept; sometimes, you can't seem to catch a break. As your therapist, my goal is to help you understand and process the difficult emotions related to life's challenges, such as anxiety, depression, anger, trauma responses, relationship problems, or general life stress. I want you to recognize and improve your strengths. I help you build skills using many proven therapeutic approaches, with a strong focus on solutions. My personality is gentle but direct, and it contributes to my patients achieving progress and growth in a firm, nurturing way from the very beginning. For the past 17 years, I have worked in many clinical environments and am ready to help you achieve your goals. Let's confront this challenge together!
