My Approach to Helping
I offer psychotherapy in a safe and collaborative environment where you can explore the challenges of everyday living. Through a process of assisted self-discovery we create the conditions for healing to occur. My approach is holistic and experiential. I specializes in relationship struggles, mood difficulties and life transitions. My therapy is individualized to meet the unique needs of each client. In session with clients I create the opportunity for limiting habitual behavioral patterns and core beliefs to safely surface to conscious awareness so that they can be explored and where appropriate, transformed.
In a therapeutic context, the body's structures and habitual patterns become a powerful doorway to unconscious core material, including the hidden core beliefs which shape our lives, relationships, and self-images. Gaining awareness of how our bodies and psyches effect each other is a key part of creating lasting psychological change.
