My Approach to Helping

As an anxiety specialist with 8 years of experience, I have been dedicated to helping clients understand and reduce their anxiety. My approach involves three stages:
1) Understanding the roots of anxiety- Identifying the underlying causes of anxiety through thorough exploration.
2) Developing coping strategies - utilizing various therapeutic approaches, including psychodynamic, person-centered, and CBT.
3) Applying coping strategies in day-to-day life- encouraging clients to commit to completing homework tasks between the sessions to integrate these strategies into a daily routine.
I have worked with adults of all ages and diverse backgrounds, addressing issues such as general anxiety, phobias, and obsessive compulsion (OCD). Over the years I have helped many clients reduce their anxiety levels using various therapeutic approaches including psychodynamic therapy, person-centered therapy and cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT)
I believe everyone deserves the chance to be heard and to express themselves freely in a safe space, without being judged. Contacting a therapist can be daunting but it can be the first step towards a happier, more fulfilling future with a better understanding of who you are.
