My Approach to Helping
I bring an integrative, compassionate and relational approach to therapy. I specialize in complex trauma, depression, anxiety, bullying and process addictions. My work is grounded in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), complemented by intensive training in EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), grief and attachment-based trauma therapy.
Drawing from my background in depth psychology and experience working with adolescents and adults reeling from relational hurt, I create a supportive environment where healing can flourish. My approach emphasizes validation and attachment repair, tailored to each individual's unique needs. I aim to provide a safe space to explore, grow, and overcome these complex challenges with compassion.
