My Approach to Helping
I believe that a meaningful therapeutic relationship starts with trust and a genuine connection between client and therapist. I understand that beginning therapy can feel overwhelming, and my goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable, supported, and able to move toward positive change at a pace that feels right for you.
In my practice I provide care to a wide range of individuals from diverse backgrounds and specialize in working with women’s issues, including perinatal mental health, infertility, and intimate partner violence, as well as with college and graduate students. I utilize a collaborative and integrative approach to therapy, informed primarily by relational, psychodynamic, and cognitive-behavioral approaches.
My areas of specialization include anxiety, depression, life transitions, pregnancy and postpartum, women's issues, relationship concerns, family conflict, and intimate partner violence. If you’re considering therapy, I encourage you to reach out— I’d love to support you on your journey.
