Fees: Self-Pay Rate: $110 for a 50-minute Session. Sessions are conducted in-person or via a secure telehealth platform.

Insurance: I am not paneled directly with any insurance companies. I can provide super-bills for out-of-network coverage; please confirm reimbursement coverage with your provider.

Cancellation Policy: Missed appointments, and those not cancelled with 24-hours of notice, will be billed at the full session rate.

Hello and welcome! I am glad you are here. As your therapist, I offer a supportive and calm presence to ensure you feel safe and heard. I’m dedicated to supporting individuals and couples through various challenges, including life transitions, relationship issues, depression, anxiety, stress management, and family dynamics. I also specialize in working with children ages 3 to 17, helping families navigate emotional and behavioral challenges. Additionally, I conduct ADHD evaluations for both children and adults, providing comprehensive assessments to help understand and address ADHD-related concerns.
