My Approach to Helping
I believe that the past can cause feelings of anxiety, depression, addiction, codependency, and myriad other challenges thanks to unhealthy behaviors and beliefs. Exploring, understanding, and ultimately accepting the past can help clients achieve mindfulness and well-being. Over time, they can decrease negative thought and behavior patterns, as well as codependence. I look forward to working with you as you build a healthy relationship with yourself and the surrounding world.
