As an Arab American, I have a deep appreciation for the complexities that come with navigating multiple cultural identities. My passion for helping others is rooted in understanding how these intersections shape our experiences. I am committed to helping individuals, families, as well as children navigate a wide range of issues, offering support tailored to each unique situation with empathy and understanding.
Therapy is about showing up as your authentic self, knowing you’ll be met with honesty and compassion. I believe that real change happens when we engage in genuine conversations, where both the therapist and client are open. I use evidence-based methods and tailoring approaches to fit your needs for the most effective therapeutic outcome.
The process of therapy might seem uncomfortable for many - stepping out of your comfort zone is never easy. However, it is in those moments of discomfort that growth and healing often begin to take place. My goal is to create a supportive space where you feel safe enough to lean into that discomfort and discover the strength to move forward.
