My Approach to Helping
If you have been thinking about speaking with a therapist, chances are that it’s time. Talking to a stranger about the most intimate details of your life can be an intimidating feat to overcome, and being vulnerable can be scary. That is why it's my goal to create a safe space for you to feel comfortable exploring and processing your thoughts and emotions. I recognize the importance of developing a genuine connection that feels like a ‘natural fit,’ and aim to make you feel unconditionally accepted and supported. My specialty is helping young adults and adolescents that suffer from anxiety, depression, and trauma.
Much of my success has come from helping clients with transitions, relationship issues, and work-related stress. I only utilize evidence-based treatments that are clinically proven to promote mental wellness. Through increased insight and self-awareness, I help clients lead authentic, fulfilling lives that improve relationships with themselves and others.
