My Approach to Helping

Are you feeling burnt out andor emotionally dysregulated? Is past trauma blocking you from feeling whole? Do you have attachment wounds that affect your relationships? I'm here to offer a creative, experiential, and warm therapeutic experience to guide you to a place of self-acceptance and self-leadership, where you can live up to your values and potential.

In our journey together, I provide a compassionate and supportive space through my unique Eco Existential AEDP therapy. This approach blends parts work, somatic processing, and attachment theory with a nature-based and existential foundation, allowing us to explore emotions deeply and transformatively. With extensive training in trauma treatment and experience working with ADHD, BPD, Anxiety, Depression, and Burnout, I offer an empathetic and tailored therapeutic experience.

Our sessions are experiential, guiding you to engage directly with your emotions. This empowers you to develop the courage and templates needed to navigate emotions independently, emphasizing that healing unfolds gradually and collaboratively. I use creative strategies for self-discovery, self-regulation, and stress management, employing parts work and regulation experiments to build your inner field guide.

Additionally, I offer playful ideas for art and nature-based homework, encouraging integration and exploration beyond our sessions. If you have a playful heart and a love for nature, we can incorporate these elements into our work together. This holistic and innovative approach supports your journey toward self-acceptance and personal growth, always at your own pace. Together, we create a safe space for exploration and transformation.
