My Approach to Helping
When we work together, I bring a unique perspective and a deep passion for helping you process, cope with, and recover from trauma and attachment challenges. I use a range of evidence-based practices tailored to your needs, whether we're working one-on-one, in a group, or with your family. My trauma-informed approach includes client-centered techniques like CBT, TF-CBT, MI, DBT, and mindfulness.
I specialize in supporting those dealing with trauma, PTSD, bereavement, parental issues, anxiety, and depression. My care is empathic and holistic, rooted in the belief that healing and change come from an empowering and collaborative process.
My goal is to help you improve your quality of life by guiding you to gain new insights, heal old wounds, and discover the strengths and resources within you. I offer a space that is LGBTQ+ and gender-affirming, conscious of neurodivergence and disabilities, and deeply respectful of your cultural background and personal relationship with it.

How Psychotherapy Can Help
Psychotherapy offers a powerful opportunity to break free from the patterns that keep
you feeling stuck, helping you move toward a more fulfilled and authentic life. In our
work together, we'll explore the underlying thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that may
be holding you back. By identifying and understanding these patterns, we can begin to
shift them, allowing you to gain new insights and develop healthier ways of thinking and
interacting with the world.
Through a compassionate and collaborative process, psychotherapy can help you heal
past wounds, overcome obstacles, and discover your hidden strengths and resources.
Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, or
simply feeling unfulfilled, therapy provides a supportive space to explore your
experiences and create meaningful change. Together, we'll work toward your goals,
empowering you to live a life that feels more aligned with your true self.
