In addition to individual therapy, I’m offering a 12-week Bipolar Women’s Support Group starting in March 2025—scroll down for more details. I also provide EMDR trauma therapy, with evening appointments available for your convenience. I work with college students and adults of all ages, providing a warm, calming environment to address depression, anxiety, trauma, self-esteem, stress, grief, bipolar disorder, and relationship loss.
