My Approach to Helping

I lived and trained in Boston, MA where I had the opportunity and privilege of working with the top experts in the field. I bring this expertise to my private practice here in Miami where I focus on treating complex trauma and dissociation.

Clients often remark how helpful it is that I have training in so many trauma-specific modalities which allows me to work with many different people with a myriad of traumatic experiences, from emotional neglect to surviving human trafficking.

More Info About My Practice

A distinguishing feature of my work are EMDR intensive immersions, which are multi-hour andor multi-day sessions. This in-depth approach can be highly effective and transformative, especially for individuals or relationships working through specific concerns related to a history of trauma.

The combination of EMDR therapy and parts workego state work is the most common reason people choose to participate in intensive immersion therapy with me. However, please don't hesitate to reach out and share your specific needs so that I can tailor the experience to meet your unique requirements!
