My Approach to Helping
My goal is to help clients process life events, strengthen self-confidence and improve self-awareness. My approach is trauma-informed and holistic with a focus on balance. I have experience helping individuals and couples navigate issues related to life transitions, trauma, substance use, anxiety, infidelity, and career planning.
I utilize strategies of Acceptance Commitment Therapy and the Gottman Method to help individuals and couples gain awareness of their patterns of behavior, thoughts and emotions.
Together, we will create goals to embrace personal growth by understanding and replacing unhealthy coping strategies, identifying inherent strengths, and improving communication skills.
