My Approach to Helping
I offer individuals and couples support in developing better relationships with themselves to manage life transitions, improve self-esteem and cope with stress. Together we can explore what feeds your anxiety, self-doubts, feelings of being stuck, and unhealthy relationships.
I feel healthy change is often the result of self-awareness with less judgment, and through the practice of self-acceptance and self-love. I see therapy as an opportunity to create a working relationship with your whole self, challenging negative self-talk and the destructive narratives of “I’m not enough” while establishing a new foundation of self-worth to grow from.
I offer meaningful support, mindful interventions, and a directive style to help you foster a new sense of openness to experience, practice being curious about yourself with less judgment, and acknowledge your inner wisdom.
