Many of my clients tell me they are making it through their days, but their worry and stress make it almost impossible to just enjoy the moment and relax. They worry so much that it can keep them up at night and it is making things difficult in their relationships. They want to make space for more joy, fulfillment, and authenticity, but they feel trapped and don't know how to consider making any changes.
I offer compassionate and encouraging collaboration so that you can reflect and feel safe to express yourself to cultivate a better understanding of your values, thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Together we will explore what is weighing you down, so you can move toward relief and greater peace.
