My Approach to Helping

I am passionate about supporting clients to live a life of healthy self-directed inspiration. Life can bring unexpected traumatic events like cancer diagnosis that can leave a person stuck and unable to navigate their way out. Healing and recovery is imperative in order to live a life that is strengthened and recreated with greater meaning. I provide support and collaboration while working through presenting issues. My clients live positively transformed lives with deeper awareness, person integrity and respect.

More Info About My Practice

Please offer yourself the gift of emotional connection and fulfillment and live your best life! Invite more therapeutic support to navigate through tough diagnoses like cancer and other chronic illnesses. I encourage you to explore and discover your inner being and learn to nurture and nourish yourself back to healing and full recovery.

How Psychotherapy Can Help

By having a supportive and empathetic therapist, clients can work through the necessary process of unlearning harmful beliefs, values, and relationships and relearn healthier ways of living lives according to self-guided inspiration. Being able to collaborate with a caring counselor and talk about negative experiences in a safe therapeutic place, can truly have a positive transforming impact of helping clients to live a purposeful and happier life.

My Role as a Therapist

I provide muti-culturally competent psychotherapy service. I have clinical expertise in supporting clients experiencing depression, anxiety, post traumatic stress disorder, and bipolar disorder. I also work with clients who are working through issues related to trauma, like cancer and chronic illnesses, as well as unmanageable emotional difficulties that can sometimes lead clients to substance abuse and dependence. As an Addiction Specialist, I collaborate with clients to heal from emotional wounds in order to live a life of independence and satisfaction.
