Fees: I keep my practice small to provide the highest level of individualized care.

Each 50-minute session costs $395.

While I do not accept insurance, I can provide you with a Superbill (itemized receipt) that you may submit to your insurance company for partial reimbursement. In my experience, the reimbursement amount varies from 40% to 90% of my fee, especially for PPO plans. Read my FAQ below to learn more.

My Approach to Helping

Hi, I'm Dr. Regina Lazarovich, PhD. I'm a Clinical Psychologist uniquely equipped to help with anxiety, panic attacks, OCD, adult ADHD, binge eating disorder, emotional eating, negative body image, and perfectionism.

I create a safe and non-judgmental space where you can be yourself. My style is warm, insightful, and encouraging. Together, we'll understand how fear and self-judgment are getting in the way of the life you want. I'll equip you with tools to change unhelpful patterns of thought and behavior. As a result of our work together, you'll cultivate more peace, confidence, and joy.

I've helped hundreds of clients over the past fifteen years. I'm skilled in several evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Inference-Based Cognitive Behaivoral Therapy (I-CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC), and Intuitive Eating. I use a HAES-aligned and weight-inclusive approach to help clients with disordered eating and body image struggles. I'll tailor my approaches to your unique circumstances and needs and support you every step of the way!

One of my greatest guiding ethical principles is that everyone deserves to be treated with dignity and respect. I immigrated to the United States from Ukraine in 1995. I deeply honor multiculturalism and intersectionality.
