My Approach to Helping
I am a Kentucky native, born and raised there until I moved to Tennessee in 1996. After completing high school, I pursued my undergraduate degree in Psychology at Knoxville College and completed that degree in 2004. I received a Master\'s from Lindsey Wilson College in Counseling and Human Development. Since attending Knoxville College, I have enjoyed working with young children and teenagers from the YMCA to the City of Knoxville Parks and Recreation.
My passion is to work with adolescents and adults who seek to regain their power and their joy. I have worked alongside clients to assist them as they grow and receive another chance in life without feeling that all hope is gone. I work with clients to gain their voice and confidence back and realize they can be healthy - emotionally, physically, intellectually, socially, spiritually, and in their jobs, and their homes.
