Delivering quality over quantity is a key ingredient in my approach in addition to building a community and connection. I'm willing to push beyond what is comfortable in order to create lasting change. My approach is about challenging the norm of what therapy is and pushing towards happiness by allowing truth, love, and light to guide our sessions. Ready to make a positive change? I’m here and ready to help. Here is an overview of how your first session will look. Together we'll explore your challenges, fears, experience, thoughts and create goals. In subsequent sessions, we'll explore different techniques and new ways of seeing and doing things, handling situations, so that the challenges are soon easily managed or resolved completely. Remember the goal is to seek solutions. We'll meet once a week, and during the week, you'll have "homework" Not that kind - meaning, you'll be trying out the techniques learned during the session so you can eventually, find your peace! In some situations, we might find it beneficial to meet more than once a week, but this is determined by your personal goals and situation. This process is flexible and designed for you to achieve your goals and find your peace in the shortest possible time while building the foundation for lasting improvements.

I focus my work on children, teens, and young adult individuals struggling with life transitions and experiencing thoughts of suicidal ideation, feelings of unworthiness, depression, and anxiety. These feelings may stem from unresolved trauma or your relationship with your partner, parents, friends, are even the relationship with yourself. Regardless of who the relationship is with, the bottom line is this. It's not working as well as it could be. It is not always easy finding purpose and balance in your life.
