My Approach to Helping
I provide counselling for adults, teens, and children struggling with stress, anxiety, anger, depression, and attention-deficit hyperactivity (ADHD). I also provide counselling, support, and guidance for family members of individuals with ADHD to help navigate the many challenges and concerns that come up in relationships impacted by ADHD.
As a therapist, I am drawn to evidence-based and strengths-based psychotherapy approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and acceptance and commitment therapy(ACT) that we can use to help you move towards your goals for your life and relationships.
I am committed to working in a way that helps people feel truly heard, understood, and equipped to move towards real change and live with less stress, overwhelm, and relationship conflicts.
