My Approach to Helping
Do you feel life or work stress are sucking the fun out of your life? Are you and your partner stuck having the same argument over and over again, leaving you feeling unheard, unappreciated, and lonely? Do you want to make some changes in your life, but feel unsure or stuck? I can be your partner in change. I provide warm and supportive space for my clients to share thoughts and feelings, but I also provide a solution focused approach. I assess my clients quickly and learn what their needs are. I offer insight and suggest relevant tools, skills and solutions to their issues. I collaborate with my clients to help them create the changes they want in their lives.

What I Love about Being a Psychotherapist
My greatest joy as a therapist is seeing my clients open their minds to all the possibilities in their lives. I love inspiring them to believe they can create a satisfying life and then turn the belief into actionable steps toward achieving it.
My Role as a Therapist
I am an interactive therapist who is very much engaged in the therapy process. I am an excellent listener and have sincere curiosity to learn about my clients' experiences. But listening is only a part of what I do. When people come to see me, they generally want more than just venting. They come to see me, because they want my professional guidance to help them figure out how to make positive changes in their lives. That is exactly what I provide for them.
