My Approach to Helping

Maybe it's time for something different. You deserve relief!
My name is Robert and I am a EMDR trained counselor. Together we will focus on forming a relationship so you can properly work through whatever struggles you might be experiencing. We will learn how to manage anxiety and fear, intrusive thoughts, panic attacks, depression, nightmares and more. I can also offer CBT, CPT and person centered approaches.
